Align Physical Therapy and Wellness Located within Grace House Wellness on 7th street in the Elizabeth neighborhood of Charlotte, cross street Clement Ave.
We are located five houses down from Cajun Queen on the same side of the street (a sage green house). Parking is conveniently located both in front of house (3 spaces) and in a larger gravel lot behind the house.
*It is important that you park in the designated area.*
To access parking lot behind house from E. 7th Street:
Turn onto Clement Ave towards Independence Park
Turn right into the first gravel driveway.
Pull forward and you will see parking for 1824 (Grace House) directly in front of you.

You will enter the house through the side door entrance located along a paved path from the parking lot. After you enter the house, the waiting room will be to your left.
